More than just a competition, this giveaway celebrates collaboration, community and the incredible talent found throughout the Greater Garden Route and Eastern Cape. Every supplier who contributes does so with the shared goal of helping one deserving couple celebrate one of the most important days of their lives. Whether you're newly engaged or still searching for the perfect venue, photographer or florist, entering the Ultimate Wedding Giveaway could be the beginning of an unforgettable journey. A Dream That Became Reality One of the questions we're often asked is: "Does someone really win the prize?" The answer is an emphatic yes. At the inaugural Greater Garden Route Wedding EXPO in 2025, Kayleigh Peters and Curwin Bosch were announced as the winners of our very first Ultimate Wedding Giveaway. On 4 July 2026, we had the privilege of photographing and filming their beautiful wedding at St Francis Links, where they celebrated their love surrounded by family, friends and an incredible team of wedding professionals. Watching their journey unfold, from hearing their names announced at the EXPO to capturing every moment of their wedding day, reminded us exactly why we created this competition. The Ultimate Wedding Giveaway is made up of contributions from a carefully selected group of wedding professionals who have come together to create one unforgettable wedding experience. The prize is awarded as one complete wedding package and includes every supplier listed in the official 2026 Prize Schedule. The complete list of participating suppliers, together with each supplier's contribution, will be published as part of the official 2026 Prize Schedule before the final draw. How to Enter... Entering the competition is simple. Visit the 2026 Greater Garden Route Wedding EXPO. Collect an official Ultimate Wedding Giveaway Entry Form. Complete all your personal details. Correctly answer the three competition questions. Read and accept the Terms & Conditions. Sign the entrant declaration. Place your completed entry form into the official competition entry box before entries close. Please note that incomplete or illegible entries will not qualify. How the Winner Is Selected The competition takes place over both days of the EXPO. Following the Fashion Show on Saturday, five finalists will be selected through a random draw. Those five finalists will then return on Sunday, where one overall winner will be drawn after the Fashion Show. If you are selected as one of the Saturday finalists, you must personally be present at the Sunday final draw to remain eligible. Unfortunately, attendance by a fiancé(e), family member, friend or representative does not qualify, and absent finalists will be disqualified before the final draw takes place. Who Can Enter? To qualify for the Ultimate Wedding Giveaway you must: Attend the 2026 Greater Garden Route Wedding EXPO. Be currently engaged. Enter on your own behalf. Complete the official entry form in full. Answer all competition questions. Follow all participating prize sponsors and brands on Facebook and/or Instagram. Submit only one entry. Important Competition Rules To ensure fairness for every entrant and every participating supplier, the Ultimate Wedding Giveaway is governed by a number of important Terms & Conditions. Some of the key conditions include: The competition is open only to couples who are currently engaged. Entry is only valid using the official competition entry form. Only one entry per person is permitted. Five finalists will be drawn on Saturday, with the overall winner selected on Sunday after the Fashion Show. Saturday finalists must be personally present at the Sunday final draw to remain eligible. The Ultimate Wedding Giveaway is awarded as one complete wedding package and must be accepted and used as such. The winning couple must use all participating prize suppliers for the same wedding. The wedding must take place at Mentors Country Estate on or before 14 August 2027. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
